Discover the power of contrasts with SoulFitness' unique session 'Ice & Breath' – an experience where cold exposure and conscious breathing work together to strengthen your body, mind and soul. This combination create a restorative, powerful, profound and energizing experience.​

During the session, you will be guided through powerful breathing techniques while sitting in the ice bath for 5-10 minutes, depending on the session. We offer 4 different sessions:
​
- Energizing
- Calming
- Boxbreathing
- Humming
​
The breathing helps you relax in the cold, increase your mental presence and take control of your body's stress response, that will give you a unique feeling of balance and clarity.

The session is about 60 - 75 minutes and includes a 30 minute lecture about breathing and what happens in the body and mind when you use it as a tool.
You will also be given a
'breathing IQ test' - where we see what you specifically need to work on.​
